We selected the team of Joycelyn Wong and Patrick Poon after interviewing 5 agents who had active marketing activities and track records in our condo. We are more than happy and satisfied with our choice. Joycelyn has a sharp pair of eyes and was able to give us very good advice on where we could make our property even more marketable. Jocyelyn and PatrIck lined up 6 potential buyers to visit our unit on the first Saturday after we finished touching up our unit. 4 days from the first buyer visit Joycelyn and Patrick managed to negotiate and clinched a record selling psf for us. It’s truly impressive that less than 2 weeks from their appointment our unit was sold at the highest psf ever for our condo. In addition Joycelyn was extremely helpful in facilitating our completion in absentia like going to our condo after we left so the movers could come to remove some big items after we vacated our unit in advance of completion.
